Improved Nasal Aspirator Invented by InventHelp Client (BMA-4401)

Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit the V NOSE SUCKER to companies for their consideration and potential feedback.

PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 12, 2015

A new invention has just been added to the growing list of consumer products that are labeled as “child safe.” An inventor from Rutland, Mass., has modified a conventional nasal aspirator with child safety in mind.
He developed a prototype of the patent-pending V NOSE SUCKER to use in withdrawing mucus from sinuses and nasal passages more safely and effectively than with standard aspirators. As such, it is ideal for use with babies and young children whose small noses could be injured by conventional aspirators. Furthermore, it affords a better night’s sleep for infants and parents alike. At the same time, it keeps the aspirator from being injected too far into the nostril. As a result, it prevents nose bleeds. In addition, it produces a better vacuum seal than previously available.

The inventor’s personal experience inspired the invention. “I was tired of inserting the tip of the aspirator too deeply into the nose, which resulted in nose bleeds,” he said. “I wanted to find an easier and safer way to extract mucus and improve breathing.”

The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
