Sheila Weaver, and Nelson and Son Construction, recently announced plans to break ground this fall on a new development called Golden Mesa in Golden, CO, the Jewel of Jefferson County.
Golden, CO (PRWEB) October 28, 2015
“The Golden Mesa homes are slated to start construction this year and will be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2016,” said Sheila. “Golden, hence the name, is already a wonderful place to live and work and this new subdivision, located near the Colorado School of Mines, will just add to this historic town’s already seemingly infinite appeal.”
Nelson and Son Construction developed nearby Garden Glen and collaborated with Sheila in the design and construction of Meadow Ridge Estates. Sheila is working with the Denver-based Architectural Workshop and is excited to introduce an urban contemporary-style home to the area near the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
“Floor Plans are in the works for two-story and ranch-style homes with two-car garages,” said Sheila. “Watch for signs in the area of W. 14th and Quaker.”
Please call Sheila at 303-202-3030 for more information on this new project.
