Page McKee has been named vice president Tampa business unit for the new Tampa office of KAST Construction, a West Palm Beach-based construction management company.
With more than 30 years of construction services management experience, McKee will be responsible for the supervision of all construction activities and new business development in the greater Tampa Bay area. He will oversee project mobilization, procedural development, organizational management, project management, budgets, professional staff and schedules.
McKee comes to KAST with an impressive 30-year track record from Hardin Construction where he was senior vice president and general manager of the Tampa office and Florida operations, doubling the company’s annual revenue in two years.
KAST has completed construction of Water Club Snell Isle in St. Petersburg and is currently building VUE Sarasota Bay and The Mark in Sarasota, ONE in St. Petersburg and will announce a major new Tampa project later this month. KAST’s 4,200-square-foot Tampa office is located at 4221 Boy Scout Boulevard, Suite 730, Tampa.
McKee earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Science from Auburn University’s School of Building Construction and, at age 20, was the School of Building Construction’s youngest graduate.
A community leader and contributor, McKee has served on the board of directors of the Tampa Downtown Partnership, Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa Bay Construction Network and is involved with NAIO and REIC as well as community organizations such as the March of Dimes, Leadership Tampa, and Leadership Florida Alumni.
