The Suffolk County One-Stop Employment Center will host a number of companies recruiting for a variety of local jobs over the next three weeks.

The center will also host some events for people considering self-employment.

Renewal by Andersen, the window-replacement company, will be at the One-Stop in Hauppauge on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., hoping to fill 15 field-marketing representative positions and 10 events-marketing representative jobs, all part time.

At the Riverhead One-Stop on Wednesday, Community Care Home Health Services Inc. will aim to recruit home-health aides from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Waldbaum’s will be recruiting at the Riverhead One-Stop for 30 positions at its East End stores. The positions include cashiers as well as clerk positions in its bakery, deli, produce, grocery, floral and seafood departments.

Also on Oct. 9, the staffing company Adecco will recruit at the Hauppauge One-Stop from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The company wants to fill jobs that include customer service/sales and general office and general warehouse positions.

For those people who want to explore their inner entrepreneur, the Hauppauge One-Stop on Tuesday will host Kensington Co., which will present some franchising opportunities and information beginning at 9:30 a.m.

On Oct. 16, beginning at 9:30 a.m., the Hauppauge One-Stop will host a representative from the New York State Small Business Development Center to talk about entrepreneurship.
