Building Long Island magazine is hosting its fourth “Cutting Through the Red Tape: Building Long Island Today” discussion about real estate development on Sept. 22 at 7:45 a.m. at Carlyle on the Green at Bethpage State Park.

Keynote addresses will be given by the Nassau and Suffolk county executives, Edward Mangano and Steve Levy.

The panel will include Islip Supervisor Phil Nolan; Paul V. Pontieri Jr., Patchogue mayor; Michael White, executive director of the Long Island Regional Planning Council; Robert J. Coughlin, principal of Tritec Real Estate Company; and Chris Capece, development director of AvalonBay Communities. The program will be moderated by former Nassau County Executive Thomas R. Suozzi.
