Is the $10,000 Apple Watch worth it? Here is what you can get for that money

The Apple Watch starts at $349, which is pretty expensive for a smartwatch. But compared to the high-end, 18-karat edition, it's a bargain. Apple is asking $10,000 for that watch, which is more than 4 iPhones, a new iPad Mini, MacBook, iMac and a load of accessories. To make it an apples to apples comparison, we've done all our shopping on Apple.com.
