The demo for Electronic Art’s new gaming adaption of the divine comedy by the Italian poet of the Middle Ages, Dante Alighieri, has been released and is downloadable on Xbox and PS3 this month. This demo  will leave you wanting more. If you’re a fan of God of War and the Devils May Cry series this  is a must play.

EA has done it again, merging the classic CGI realism and a characteristic style to story telling that will not disappoint. The demo starts with a simplistic tutorial for button mashing fun. Slice through barrages of soldiers amid a city under siege. Dodge constant barrages of fire and enemies all to get stabbed in the back and face a fight with death.

I won’t ruin the whole demo for you, but the blend of constant action, unique style and bite of horror will quickly get that controller  sweaty.

The game is set for a release Feb. 9, and is a must have to any single player action gamers wish list.
