Looking for some last-minute holiday cheer? Head over to the website of the United States Air Force Band. On the site are numerous entertaining videos. Don't miss checking out The USAF Band Singing Sergeants' cheeky rendition of "12 Days of Christmas" (bit.ly/1dFCnlF) or the recent lump-in-the-throat flash-mob performance of "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring/Joy to the World" by the USAF Band at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum (bit.ly/1bjaOhZ). You'll also find lots of CD-quality MP3s of Christmas music the band has previously performed that you can download for free, including an audio version of the flash-mob piece.

To download music, go to the center of the home page and click on "streaming and downloadable holiday music." A page will open with a series of full albums by the band, as well as the Singing Sergeants and the Airmen of Note. To sample a song, click the arrow to the left of its title; to download a song, right click on the title and select "Save Link/Target As." Make sure you note the location on your computer where the song is downloading to. You also might want to rename the song before downloading; otherwise its name will be a series of numbers and letters. (Tip: If you are downloading an entire album, create a folder on your desktop and save all the songs to it.)
