Valley National Bank, which has 12 branches on Long Island, said it is rebranding itself as "Valley."
The Wayne, New Jersey-based bank brand refresh includes a new logo, visual changes to its web and mobile platforms and new signs at its branches.
Valley plans to start changing its exterior signs this fall, with the rollout continuing in 2019.
The new logo features an arrow pointing to the right, with a slight modification to the bank's blue-and-yellow color scheme.
The bank also said in a statement that it has expanded its Small Business Administration loan program and its Women in Business program. Valley said the Women's program is designed to give leaders "opportunities to network in meaningful ways and share their business challenges and successes with each other."
Valley National Bancorp has about $30 billion in assets. It operates 230 branches in New Jersey, New York, Florida and Alabama.
