Which cars turn around on the used car market the fastest?
Car reselling tool iSeeCars.com looked at more than 2.2 million sales from January to May 2016 of cars that are one to three years old, and found that hybrids are among the quickest to sell. Check out the Top 10 list below.
10. Mazda's Mazda2
The gas-powered Mazda2 was found to be the 10th fastest-selling used car in the iSeeCars.com survey, with the models lasting on the market an average of 29.9 days.
9. Lexus RX350
The Lexus RX350, a gas-powered vehicle, stayed on the market an average of 29.7 days, per the study.
8. Toyota Highlander Hybrid
Toyota's hybrid Highlander model lasted on the market 29.6 days, per the iSeeCars.com study, ranking it eighth overall in terms of fastest reselling time.
7. Lexus CT 200h
Lexus' CT 200h, a hybrid vehicle, averaged 29.4 days on the used car market before selling, according to iSeeCars.com.
6. Infiniti QX56
Infiniti's QX56 lasted an average of 29 days before reselling, according to the study, making it the sixth-fastest selling used car according to the study.
5. Infiniti QX60
The Infiniti QX60 lasted 27.9 days on the used car market, according to iSeeCars.com, placing it in the Top 5.
4. Hyundai Veloster Turbo
The fastest selling used gas-powered car on the market is the Hyundai Veloster Turbo, which lasted an average of 27.8 days before being sold, according to iSeeCars.com.
3. Tesla Model S
The electric Tesla Model S lasted an average of 26.1 days on the used car market, according to iSeeCars.com.
2. Nissan LEAF
Nissan's LEAF model, an electric vehicle, was the second-fastest selling model in the iSeeCars.com study of used car sales from January to May 2016, lasting an average of 24.3 days before selling.
1. Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid
The Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid model was the fastest reselling used car in the iSeeCars.com study of 2.2 million car sales from January to May 2016, with the vehicle reselling in an average of 19.7 days.
