Ford jumps on the viral bandwagon in its latest efforts to rejuvenate an aging American icon, the Ford Explorer.
The auto company is debuting the redesigned 2011 Ford Explorer on Facebook in the hopes of exploiting the expansive reach of the social media megasite.
Ford is betting against the traditional auto show circuit debut in favor of reaching Facebook's 400-million profiles and 260-billion page views per month.
