Friends of Karen has added new members to its Long Island advisory board.

Rhonda Klch of Mount Sinai is chief executive of Equity First, a boutique financial advisory firm in Coram.

Rachael Ringold of Setauket is a mortgage loan officer at Capital One Bank in Ronkonkoma.

Gary Shroff of Roslyn is the founder of iScholar, a school and office supply manufacturer in Edgewood.

Alan J. Schwartz of Dix Hills has been elected to the board of the Nassau County Police Reserves. He is the principal and managing attorney at the Law Offices of Alan J. Schwartz in Garden City.


Michele D. Wieber of Pelham, N.Y., joins Mirotznik & Associates in East Meadow as an associate. She is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and was a part-time legal assistant with the firm.
