Greg Zucker has been elected director of the Nassau County Bar Association. He is a litigation partner at the Uniondale-based commercial law firm of Westerman Ball Ederer Miller & Sharfstein. The East Hills resident previously served as chairman of the litigation committee for the Nassau County Bar Association.

FINANCE

Thomas Sullivan of Mattituck has joined Bridgehampton National Bank as vice president, commercial lending officer for the bank's Suffolk County market. He most recently served as a vice president in the business banking group at Capital One Bank.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. James C. Nielsen has been appointed clinical associate professor of pediatrics and radiology at Stony Brook University School of Medicine, and chief of pediatric cardiology for Stony Brook Long Island Children's Hospital. He comes to Stony Brook from Mount Sinai Medical Center, where he ran a clinical practice, trained advanced imaging fellows in congenital and pediatric cardiac MRI, and served as an associate professor in both the departments of radiology and pediatrics.
