Courtney Lupo has joined Sir Speedy as a sales assistant in Westbury. The East Meadow resident was a sales representative at Myknobs.com in Carle Place.

ACCOUNTING

Michael J. Monahan has rejoined Grant Thornton in Manhattan as assistant managing principal for people, culture and community of the Metro New York Cluster and principal-in-charge of the Northeast region compensation and benefits consulting practice. The Oceanside resident returns to the firm after serving as senior vice president, chief administrative officer for the New York Blood Center, where he worked primarily in the Manhattan office.

BANKING

Anthony A. Filorimo has joined TD Bank in Manhattan as senior vice president, team leader in commercial real estate. The Port Washington resident served as a senior vice president, team leader at Wells Fargo in Manhattan.

NONPROFITS

Christopher M. LeHanka has been promoted to senior associate at D&B Engineers and Architects in Woodbury. The Commack resident works in the firm's wastewater collection and treatment division and previously was an associate.

Dr. Richard Balter will serve as palliative care physician for St. Charles Hospital and Good Shepherd Hospice, both in Port Jefferson. The East Setauket resident is a physician with Port Jefferson Internal Medicine Associates in Port Jefferson Station.

FINANCE

Sarah McCandless has joined Suffolk Federal Credit Union in Medford as chief financial officer. The Westhampton Beach resident was vice president and controller at Bridgehampton National Bank in Bridgehampton.

REAL ESTATE

Donielle Cardinale has been appointed associate director of the Sotheby's international realty program at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty. The Southold resident will continue to work out of the Mattituck office and perform this new role in addition to her current responsibilities as sales associate of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.

LAW

Sandra N. Busell has joined Davidoff Hutcher & Citron in the Garden City office as partner in the trusts and estates group. The Westbury resident previously served as managing partner at Busell & Stier in Great Neck.
