Daniel Osorio of Holbrook has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Smithtown as a licensed salesman. He had a similar job at Nest Seekers International in Southampton.

Signature Premier Properties has added to its sales staff.

Cheryl Panzini of Melville joins the Smithtown office. She was a pharmaceutical sales representative for Accredo Health in Memphis, Tennessee.

Stephanie Sanchez, a resident of Melville, joins the Huntington office. She held a similar position at William Raveis in Providence.

Margot Robinson of Northport joins the office in Northport. She had a similar position at Fairfield Realty Services in Melville.

Reliant Realty Group, a commercial real estate company, has announced two new hires.

Karen H. Tucci has joined as a sales agent working out of the Port Jefferson and Manhattan offices. The Port Jefferson resident directed business development and marketing at Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles in Islandia.

Walter T. Hurney of Port Jefferson has joined as a managing director for the Port Jefferson and Manhattan offices. He was an associate broker at Douglas Elliman Commercial Services in Huntington.

Steven Diamond of Lido Beach has been appointed to the board of the Professional Insurance Wholesalers Association of New York State. He is president of the Simon Agency NY in Hempstead.

Patrick Calabria of Seaford has been appointed to the board of directors at Fair Media Council in Bethpage. He is vice president of institutional advancement and enrollment management at Farmingdale State College.

Alan J. Schwartz of Dix Hills has been elected president of the Accountant Attorney Networking Group, which facilitates networking between the two professional groups. He is the principal of his law firm in Garden City.

Thomas J. Killeen of Manhasset has been elected to the board of directors of The Maurer Foundation in Hauppauge. He is a partner at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale.

Bhalinder L. Rikhye of Manhattan has been elected to the board of directors at NuHealth Foundation, a network of health care providers in Nassau County. He is a partner at Mineola-based law firm Bartlett, McDonough & Monaghan.
