Patricia Harron of Riverhead has been promoted to assistant director of imaging services for Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. She had served as CT supervisor.

Carla Rutigliano Shouldice of Dix Hills has been named senior vice president and chief of staff to the chairman and CEO of New York Life in Manhattan. She was vice president and special assistant.
