This property overlooking Cold Spring Harbor in Laurel Hollow is extensively landscaped and filled with waterfalls and footbridges. It is on the market for $2.395 million.

The owners of the 7.2-acre property added pathways, connected by footbridges, that meander past waterfalls and over ponds on the way to the beach. Some of the trees and plantings, including magnolias and Japanese maples, have been there since Louis Comfort Tiffany owned the property, along with 1,000 additional acres, in the early 20th century, says Margaret Hargraves of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, who is co-listing the property with Pamela Doyle.

The wood-shingled house has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. An octagonal sunroom with a fireplace and an outdoor teak hot tub are two of the many spaces with views of the property and the harbor.
