Anthony Scotto Jr., who, along with his family owns Fresco by Scotto in Manhattan, has put his bayfront home in Hampton Bays on the market. The five-bedroom, shingle-style home is listed at $3.95 million.
Scotto, whose sister is “Good Day New York” anchor Rosanna Scotto, built the home in 2007 and also added a new 450-foot bulkhead, says Laura Nigro of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who is co-listing the home with her brother, Carl Nigro. It has a large black and white kitchen with a center island.
Scotto provided food at the first open house, Laura Nigro says.
The property has a pool overlooking the water and a deepwater dock with access to Shinnecock Bay.
“It was built with love,” Laura Nigro says. “They keep it impeccable, so it really looks like it was just built.”
