Old Brookville will say good-bye to Bollywood if film producer Aron Govil finds a buyer for his 15-room Colonial, which is newly listed for $6.9 million.

Govil’s production company, Aron Govil Productions Inc., produced last year’s international film festival contender, “Care of Footpath” – a film directed by 9-year-old Kishan Shrikanth, who was named World’s Youngest Director by the Guiness Book of World Records. AGP also produced the Bollywood Heat concert tour, which played at Nassau Coliseum in 2006.

Govil’s 4-acre property includes a tennis court, a pool and a Jacuzzi. “A lot of well-known people are in the neighborhood. It’s a beautiful setting, a very quiet, calm road. You don’t feel like you’re in New York. It’s a lot of greenery.”

The 8,900-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 6½ bathrooms. Govil says, “I love the mahogany library and bar room … It’s all mahogany-paneled inside, from top to bottom. I wanted something with a rich look, mahogany walls and ceiling… That’s my favorite part of the house.”

Govil is also the owner of Ducon Technologies, Inc., which he says is the largest company in the U.S. owned by an Indian man. Ducon designs and supplies air pollution control technology.
