Located at one of the busiest and most visible corners in the Hamptons, this 9,000-square-foot Bridgehampton commercial building on 0.3 acres is now on the market. It is listed for $10.75 million.
The building has a title company leasing a 2,000-square-foot office suite on the second floor, says listing agent Lee Minetree of Saunders & Associates.
Another 1,500-square-foot office suite on the second floor is available and 3,500 square feet of retail space will be divvied up by as many as three tenants.
“We’re looking to get high-end retailers, apparel, consumer goods, something like that,” Minetree says of prospective retail clients.
The building is located on the corner of Montauk Highway and Lumber Lane, which is the former site of the historic Wick’s Tavern. Minetree says the new building was designed to fit in with the historic character of downtown Bridgehampton, similar to how the neighboring circa-1900 Bridgehampton Bank building was adapted to become a Starbucks.
Public parking is next to the building.
