One good thing about expensive real estate that doesn't sell is that it can get on a nifty list like the Forbes list of America's most expensive homes. Now with that distinction: Bridgehampton's Three Ponds Farm and its $68 million asking price.

Listed with The Corcoran Group, the 60-acre farm features a 20,000-square-foot house with an 18-hole golf course and a golf shop as well as a tennis court and a pool. There also is a pool house, barns and storage silos.

Believe it or not, the estate is at "the low end" of the lineup, according to the magazine. It's nine out of 10. What's at the top? The Manor in Holmby Hills, Calif., which is on the market for $150 million.
