Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson gives a peek of what her clients’ home gyms look like at the Holiday House Hamptons, open through July 21.
Anderson designed the workout room in the basement of the Bridgehampton show house, which was listed for $3.595 million and just went into contract. Anderson — who has toned the likes of part-time Hamptonites Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez — created a replica of her Water Mill studio with her yoga mats, three-pound weights and trampolines.
Anderson’s “Metamorphosis” DVDs play on the room’s flat-screen TVs. “We encourage people to play [them] so you can workout with Tracy in the comfort of your own home,” Steven Beltrani, Anderson’s spokesman.
The room doesn’t have resistance bands attached to the ceiling, as they are in her studios, but Steven Beltrani, Anderson’s spokesman, says some of Anderson’s private clients have had them installed in their homes.
The home also features an “ultimate man cave” by Inson Dubois Wood. What the designer calls “a garage so nice you can live in it” has a red Ferrari and a black and red Yamaha piano.
