A home that sits on its own peninsula in Cutchogue is on the market for $1.695 million.
The three-bedroom, 2 1⁄2 -bathroom home has been in the same family for about 50 years, says listing agent Thomas Uhlinger of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
A midcentury ranch built in the mid-1950s by local builder William Beebe, it has about 600 feet of waterfront with a dock and views to Peconic Bay and Robins Island.
While a new owner may want to make cosmetic changes, the house has “solid bones with beautiful views and sunsets,” Uhlinger says.
