Randy Valli, estranged wife of singer Frankie Valli, is selling her five-bedroom European-style mansion for $2.65 million.
The 5,200-square-foot Manhasset home is in the gated Stone Hill community, and includes 5 ½ baths, a two-story entry foyer, a fireplace, a private courtyard and a three-car garage, all with golf course views.
Listing agent Nicholos Colombos of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate says that there have been “multiple offers” on the property.
The Vallis were married in 1984 and have three children. They filed for divorce in 2004, though the divorce is not yet finalized.
Colombos also represented author and retired detective Richard “Bo” Dietl’s five-bedroom home in Stone Hill, which closed last week for just under $3.1 million. Dietl wrote the book "One Tough Cop," which later became a movie starring Massapequa native Stephen Baldwin. Dietl, Colombos says, is “very happy” with the sale, a record price for Stone Hill.
