Deutsche Bank Americas chief executive Seth Waugh has put his 14-room Garden City mansion back on the market -- for $3.2 million, which is a lot less than the $6.1 million he was asking back in 2008.

You might remember that in February Waugh -- an avid golfer whose company sponsors an annual PGA championship -- sold his oceanfront house in Quogue for $4.875 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

The Garden City house, just across the street from actress Susan Lucci, overlooks the Garden City Golf Club's fourth hole. If that's not enough golf to suit you, the place has its own putting green nestled among its 1.2 acres of landscaped gardens. The house also comes with an indoor lap pool, five bedrooms and 4.5 baths, in addition to a guest cottage and a four-car garage.

The property also is available as a 1.66-acre parcel. That price is available upon request.

The house is listed with Kathleen Thornton of Coach Realtors Fennessy Associates.
