This home in Great Neck comes with quite the bounty.

Seller Kourosh Yaghoubian planted fruit trees that provide pomegranates, Concord grapes, berries, figs, plums, quinces, persimmons and Chinese apples.

Yaghoubian’s wife, Shira, makes juice from the grapes, and their kids enjoy picking the berries and eating them straight from the bowl.

“It’s something fun for the kids to look forward to,” Shira Yaghoubian says.

To maintain the trees, the couple sprays them twice a year with a chemical-free insecticide and does regular trimming.

The renovated center hall Colonial has four bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms, along with a living room with fireplace and a renovated eat-in kitchen.

It was listed for $1.099 million with Soheila “Marcelle” Eliaszadeh of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. It entered contract after about 20 days on the market.
