East Hampton's Grey Gardens has found renters through next summer.
The renters, whom listing agent Gary DePersia of The Corcoran Group declined to identify, will rent through July 31. The rental started in September and was listed at $175,000.
Sally Quinn, the widow of Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee, has reserved next August for herself.
The couple purchased the seven-bedroom home with six bathrooms and a half-bath in 1979 and restored it. The former home of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis' cousins Edith Bouvier Beale and her daughter, "Little Edie," was infamously condemned by the Town of East Hampton in the early 1970s and showcased in the 1975 documentary by Albert and David Maysles.
The home was designed by Joseph Greenleaf Thorpe in 1897.
Correction: A previous version of his story incorrectly identified how much the renters will pay.
