Peconic’s Harvest Inn bed-and-breakfast, known for its “wine camps” for adults, is on the market for $1.599 million.

The five-suite B&B in the heart of North Fork wine country was built in 2001 and designed to capture a turn-of-the-20th-century aesthetic, says listing agent Diane Arpaia of North Fork Real Estate.

Common guest areas include a dining room, living room with a fireplace and a large front porch with ceiling fans. Guest rooms include updated showers with Hansgrohe hardware. The partially finished basement has an exercise room.

A private owner’s wing includes a stainless steel eat-in kitchen with an island, a family room and private stairs to two bedrooms, including an en-suite master bedroom with a balcony.

The manicured 0.93-acre parcel is planted with shrubs and includes a koi pond and brick patio in the backyard. The sale price includes past guest lists, the hotel website and guest room furnishings.

The inn has four-zone central HVAC, an attached 2 1⁄2-car garage and in-ground sprinklers.
