We all want the real estate market to turn around. But in the case of this Levittown home on the market for $239,900, it’s the actual home that looks like it needs to be turned around. But for the driveway leading to the garage, it’s hard to believe this house is facing the right direction.

The listing agent, Michael J. Kenduck of Cruse Real Estate in Seaford, says he was mystified about why the home appears the way it does. “It’s definitely a funky house, but it’s priced right and we’ve had a bunch of inquiries," he says.

There’s been one accepted offer but the deal subsequently fell through. The foreclosed and vacant home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It’s on a 60-foot-by-100-foot lot in the Island Trees school district, and the taxes are $7,014.
