A Syosset real estate company reports the sale of a Hicksville commercial building with a 7-Eleven convenience store operating on a long-term corporate lease, in a $1.78 million deal that closed last week.
The free-standing 3,100-square foot building on a half-acre at the corner of Woodbury and Bethpage roads was constructed two months ago, said Frank Caporrino, senior vice president of Silber Investment Properties Ltd., of Syosset.
Caporrino and Jerry Mancini, also of Silber Investment Properties, represented the buyer and the seller in the Dec. 18 transaction. Both the buyer and the seller are private investors, Caporrino said.
Caporrino said Silber Investment Properties Ltd. is Long Island's premier commercial real estate investment company, specializing in the sale of shopping centers, strip malls and net-leased investments.
