The price of Hockey Hall of Famer Rod Gilbert’s Sag Harbor mansion has dropped from $2.395 million to $2.195 million.
The 3,000-square-foot home, which overlooks Noyack Bay, has been for sale since last May, though it was rented over the summer.
The New York Ranger’s .21-acre property includes a limestone patio, a pool with two waterfalls and an outdoor surround-sound system. The 2008 home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There’s a bay view from the master bedroom, which has a Jacuzzi tub and a deck facing the bay. The living room features floor-to-ceiling fireplace stonework and a wet bar with a wine cooler.
The home is also available for rent, says Richard Kudlak of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate who is co-listing the property with Linda Casinover. For the whole season from Memorial Day through Labor day, it’s $89,000 – shorter periods are available, as well.
