This cedar-shingled cape has the look of an old-fashioned country home, says listing agent Christopher Foglia, of Norma Reynolds Sotheby’s International Realty. The 1992 home was recently renovated, Foglia says. It has three bedrooms and four full baths, including a master suite that features a marble bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and a frameless stall shower.

Foglia says the kitchen has been updated to include sleek cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen looks out on a formal dining room with hardwood floors and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace that has a driftwood mantel.

The house also offers central air-conditioning, a full basement and a den with a bar and exposed beams and skylights in the vaulted ceiling. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck on the half-acre property, which is on a tree-lined corner lot. This waterfront home is a classic cape, says listing agent Carol Sparaco of Sparaco-Lieberman Realty, with its symmetrical design, pitched gabled roof, and multipaned windows beside a central front door. Inside, the home has more modern appeal, Sparaco says, with two bedrooms, two updated baths, and an open floor plan.

The 1991 home features an eat-in kitchen with granite counters, a mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a travertine marble floor. The kitchen opens to a formal dining area and formal living room with a gas fireplace and hardwood floors.

Sliding glass doors lead from the house to a backyard deck overlooking a canal that Sparaco says is just one house away from the open bay. There’s a bulkhead on the 40-by-93-foot property, which is equipped with inground sprinklers and comes with deeded docking rights.

Built in 1949, the home offers four bedrooms, two updated baths and a new eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a glass tile backsplash and wood grain tile flooring.

There’s a living room, formal dining room and a full basement in the freshly painted home, and the oak floors on the main level and parquet floors on the second level have been recently refinished. There’s a deck on the 0.13-acre property, which comes with the option to purchase private beach and mooring rights.
