For a nominal fee, the homeowner of this six-room split-level can access Jomarr Beach on South Oyster Bay. The beach association is gated, the listing agent says, noting it also has a grassy expanse and a basketball court. The homeowner paid $35 in dues this season, the agent adds.

The home's yard is landscaped with a rear deck overlooking perennial gardens, while a stone walkway leads to a detached two-car garage. There is an enclosed porch.
