Long Beach, 345 E. Hudson St., $399,000

This renovated ranch is blocks from the bay, says listing agent Alex Rubin of Douglas Elliman Real Estate — and, thanks to a range of recent upgrades, Rubin says it’s “in mint condition.”

The 1925 home offers two bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom that features a tiled tub and shower, pedestal sink, wainscoting and a skylight. Rubin says the updated, eat-in kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counters, a glass mosaic tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a stackable washer-dryer.

The living room and dining area have recessed lighting and hardwood floors are throughout the home — including in the attic. The recently replaced roof, windows and gas heating system are among the improvements that Rubin says make the house move-in ready.

There’s a multilevel deck on the 40-by-100-foot property, and a large detached garage that can be used as an artist’s studio. Another perk of owning this home: As a Long Beach resident, you’re entitled to a 50-percent reduction in beach access fees.

The taxes are $8,267. Alex Rubin, Douglas Elliman Real Estate, 516-236-3924.

Rockville Centre, 1598 Blenheim Rd., $679,000

Updates to this 1952 ranch give it a style “right out of a Pottery Barn catalog,” says listing agent Kenneth Nugent of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.

The three-bedroom house has two renovated bathrooms — including one with a frameless stall shower and second with a glass vessel sink and a soaking tub. The new Carrara marble kitchen is brightened by a skylight, Nugent says, and features white cabinets and a stainless steel dishwasher, range hood and French door refrigerator.

Doors off the kitchen and den lead to the landscaped yard, where there is a deck with built-in seating and an access ramp. The home also offers a marble mantled fireplace in the combination living and dining room, hardwood floors, central air conditioning and a playroom in the finished basement.

There’s a shed on the 85-by-115-foot property, which is equipped with inground sprinklers and offers a brick paver driveway and an attached garage.

The taxes are $13,050. Kenneth and Patricia Nugent, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, 516-410-3244 and 516-678-1510.

Huntington, 18 Melody Lane, $895,000

This five-bedroom farm ranch offers entertaining options, inside and out, says listing agent Dina Rodolico of Signature Premier Properties. Rodolico says the open floor plan flows from the entry foyer to the formal living room, to the den and formal dining room, which sits next to a large eat-in kitchen.

The updated kitchen features granite counters, a double sink, a wine cooler, cabinet-faced appliances and an island that looks out on the open living area. The 1951 home has four full baths, a guest suite and a master suite with a walk-in closet and pocket French doors to a private study.

Other amenities include a fireplace, crown moldings, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The home sits on a tree-lined, 1.33-acre property with what Rodolico calls “a country club backyard.” That yard features an inground pool, a multilevel paver patio, a pond, a waterfall and a tennis court. The property also offers a covered front patio, a sprinkler system and a two-car garage.

The taxes are $19,366. Dina Rodolico and Toni Cefalu, Signature Premier Properties, 516-819-7811 and 631-673-3700.
