Joy Behar’s East Hampton home has found a buyer. The four-bedroom, 4,000-square-foot home, which had been listed for $3.45 million, is under contract, according to the listing.

After putting the home on the market earlier this year for $3.8 million, Behar — who returned last year as co-host of ABC’s “The View” — recently reduced its price. She had purchased the wood-shingled home for $2.875 million in 2012, property records show.

The wood-shingled home features a covered porch with an outdoor fireplace, a double-height foyer, a great room with a vaulted ceiling and a first-floor master with a fireplace. The property also has a heated gunite pool, an outdoor shower, a deck with a retractable awning and detached two-car garage. It has been listed with Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty

Behar could not be reached for comment on her plans, but in 2014, she purchased a five-bedroom Victorian home that was built in 1900 in Sag Harbor for $2.025 million.
