Actor Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife, Camille, have sold their Bridgehampton house, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.
The estate went for $9.995 million, the last asking price for the property, according to the Sotheby's International Realty listing. The property was listed in public records as belonging to Fossill II Trust, a corporate name Grammer has used to purchase real estate elsewhere. His Hamptons property was bought by a limited liability company.
The 8,000-square-foot shingled house designed by East End builder Joe Farrell -- owner of Bridgehampton's famous Sandcastle estate -- has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a home theater, according to the listing with Faye Weisberg. The 1.7-acre property is on a private lane with bluestone terracing, a heated gunite pool, a pool cottage and a Har-Tru tennis court.
The house first came on the market in 2007 for $16.1 million. The price was lowered the next year to $15.6 million, and then taken off the market. In 2009, Grammer relisted the property for $13.9 million.
Kelsey and Camille Grammer divorced in February after a well-publicized split that played out on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Kelsey Grammer has since remarried, and Camille Grammer is expected to return to the hit cable TV reality show.
