The only problem for people hoping to buy a home with a pool this summer might be deciding exactly which one they want to jump into. The pools that come with the nine houses here include everything from a canal-side setting to a waterfall. Stick a toe in — the water’s fine!
Westhampton, 38 Lakeside Lane: $969,000
Mature plantings surround the in-ground pool in the backyard of this 0.92-acre property. The heated pool, with a wraparound deck, has an adjacent Jacuzzi, the home’s listing agent says. The property, with taxes of $7,201, includes a 1½-car garage.

The outdoor pool, with a hot tub and waterfall, features concrete bar stools in the water and an adjacent sunken kitchen, says listing agent Maria Rovegno of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. “You can swim right up and have a drink or cheeseburger,” she adds.
