A Lloyd Harbor three-bedroom French chateau that comes with a one-bedroom guesthouse is listed for $895,000.

The 1942 home is on two acres.

Owner Lisa Cavanaugh says the property is often visited by deer, chipmunks and other wildlife. “I love the area and the beach, and it’s very private,” she says.

The main house has a bathroom and bedroom on each of its three levels, including a second-story master bedroom with an en suite bath and fireplace, as well as a full kitchen and formal dining room. The two-story, four-room cottage is a residence unto itself, with an updated kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The property is listed by Peggy Moriarty of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.
