Latin pop star Marc Anthony has lowered the asking price of his Brookville home by more than $2 million, according to the real estate listing for the 8.5-acre property.
The gated compound is now on the market for $6.888 million. It was first listed last year for a high of $12 million.
It was last on the market for $9 million with “Million Dollar Listing: New York” reality TV star Luis Ortiz, who made a surprise announcement on the Bravo show’s recent season finale that he is leaving the real estate business.
Anthony, who lived in the house with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez, has hired Andrea Attanasio and Teresa Angelino of LI Homes of Distinction as his agents.
The 10-bedroom, eight-bathroom home is 10,000 square feet and includes a recording studio and home theater. There is a pool and two guesthouses on the property.
