No need to tear down walls, rip up carpeting or replace appliances at these Long Island houses.
For home buyers who would rather not invest time and money into a fixer-upper, there are houses for sale on Long Island that have been recently renovated, partially or entirely, and are now in move-in condition. Here are some on the market for less than $500,000.
Both the interior and exterior of this four-bedroom, two-bathroom farm ranch recently underwent a renovation, says listing agent Bob Privitera of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

The interior has a kitchen with a breakfast bar, Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and vaulted ceilings with a skylight and recessed lighting. The kitchen, dining room and living room have laminate vinyl flooring that are scratch- and water-resistant, Privitera says.
