Here's a house Snooki would love -- a Brookville Colonial that has its own tanning room. "It's not huge but it's big enough for five to six people," says listing agent Lillian Chang Kuo of Pioneer Real Estate of Great Neck. Heck, the whole "Jersey Shore" cast could get their glow. FORMER SHOW HOUSE: A Southampton mansion with ties to the Vanderbilt family has gone into contract. The asking price for the Great Plains Road home is $14.25 million, according to the The Corcoran Group’s website. Westlawn, the former summer cottage of Mrs. Edward Tiffany Dyer, granddaughter of tycoon Cornelius Vanderbilt, is a six-bedroom, 5 ½-bath traditional home designed by architect F. Burrall Hoffman. The mansion has been owned for many years by the family of the late businessman Emmet Blot. In 2003, the home served as the location for that year’s Hampton Designer Showhouse. The three story dwelling features a 60 foot Gunite pool and a three-car garage. The listing agent is Corcoran’s Tim Davis.

SPEAKING OF VANDERBILTS: A turn-of-the-century Fort Salonga home that was originally a 40-acre estate built for Lily, Duchess of Marlborough, whose stepson was married to Consuelo Vanderbilt, is for sale. The asking price is $925,000. Lily was said to have entertained many of the Vanderbilts here, some from Centerport (Eagle’s Nest) and others from Oakdale (Idle Hour). It is also believed that Winston Churchill’s grandmother spent summers here, too. The estate was split and sold off in the ‘70’s and ‘80’s. “We renovated the home in 2006 with painstaking attention to keeping its Old World charm," says owner/Realtor Cynthia Chase of Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc., adding, “the best thing about our home is it is very private and very unique."
