It is now being offered for $15 million. It is now being offered for $15 million. The 20-room, 10,000- square-foot home has eight bedrooms, 7-1/2 bathrooms and comes with two pools — an indoor lap pool and outdoor infinity pool. SOLD! A one-acre Lily Pond Lane property sold last month for $6 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report. That property was next to, and marketed with, an estate once owned by comedian Chevy Chase. From 1987 to 2001, Chase lived in a 10,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom home on 2.2 acres on Lee Avenue. He sold the home for $10.1 million in 2001 to the current owners, who added the Lily Pond acreage to the compound. The entire 3.2 acres went on the market earlier this year for $33 million, later reduced to $27 million, with an option to purchase the parcels separately. The Lily Pond Lane property includes a four-bedroom, 1940s home.Nancy Mizrahi and Diane Saatchi of Saunders & Associates and John Golden of Prudential Douglas Elliman.

NO WATER VIEW? A 6,500-square foot, five-bedroom Westhampton Beach home on 2 acres sold for $4.25 million, said to be a recent-year record high for a nonwaterfront home in the area. The Hamptons-style home was on the market for three months with Patrick Galway of Town & Country Real Estate. “The location, the unusual size of the property and the quality of the home” were responsible for the sale, he says. The former homeowners, parents of three teenage boys, were big entertainers for family-type events. Amenities include a gunite pool, tennis court, putting green and baseball diamond. Named Copper Beach for the large copper beech tree on the property but with an indigenous “beach” spelling, the home was built in 2001 and has an octagonal turret.
