Rosewood Farm at Southampton Riding Club, once the location of the Hampton Classic, is for sale. The asking price is $4.95 million.
Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis rode at the property as a girl. More recently, celebs such as Christie Brinkley with then-husband Peter Cook, designer Mark Badgley and Kelly Killoren Bensimon of "The Real Housewives of New York City" have ridden there.
Owner Bobby Ginsberg is selling an 11.5-acre portion of the property with two barns.

The courtyard-style main barn, featuring Belgian block walkways, has a three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms on the second floor. "In the Hamptons, you're not allowed to have apartments," says Ginsberg. "You pretty much have to buy a house for the staff. This is legal." There also are 19 stalls.
The second barn is being used an office and contains a tack room, a laundry room and three apartments upstairs. Here, there are six stalls, one large all-weather riding ring and a small riding ring.
Listed with Scott Strough of Strough Associates, Rosewood is a training facility but many use it for riding and boarding horses.
