Why it’s for sale Tina, 44, and Vinnie, 42, who own an audio and video home automation company and an electrical contracting company, say they want to move to a larger space with more property.

The Allegrettas bought their 2,166-square-foot home in 2008 when it was a newly constructed spec home. They have outfitted it with the latest in home automation. Tina says:

“We love many, many things about this home. Before you even walk in, the front exterior with the landscape lighting and country French porch are great for relaxing evenings. The inside entryway is two stories high. Because my husband is in the industry, we have some of the best recessed lighting and home automation available. We can operate the lighting, sound, heat, air-conditioning, alarm system and exterior lighting from our smartphones. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a great flow and are terrific for entertaining. The kitchen has a large pantry and a built-in desk. There are hardwood floors throughout the home except for the tiled bathrooms. But it’s the backyard that gets all the attention. We have an in-ground 18-by-36-foot heated saltwater pool. There’s a two-tier patio off the kitchen that leads to an outside shower, seating and lounge area. All great for entertaining. We have a swing set and tree house in a rubber mulch playground for the kids. The backyard is not only fenced and landscaped but there are 20-foot trees around the entire backyard for privacy.”
