'I always wanted a house on the water," says Hoffman. She made that dream come true five years ago when she purchased this waterfront legal two-family home. The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the secondary residence has two bedrooms and one bathroom. "What's nice is, the tenant portion has its own entrance and a large backyard deck. The main house has its own deck as well - in total, a deck wraps three-quarters of the way around the house," Hoffman says, noting her backyard has a private beach. Hoffman, a corporate lawyer, adds:
