Why it’s for sale Marc, 34, and Cara, 33, and their four children say they hope to move to a nearby larger home.

Sitting on a full acre of professionally landscaped property, this four-bedroom, two-story house is both a home for the Hromadas as well as a home for Cara’s photography business. Half of the finished basement is a portrait studio.

The other half is a playroom for the Hromada’s four children, ages 8, 7, 4, and 3, and includes a half bathroom. The first floor has both a formal living and a den, separated with French doors, as well as a formal dining room and spacious kitchen. The four bedrooms are on the second floor and there is crown molding throughout the house. High-hats are in all the rooms including the finished basement. Cara talks of reasons why the home is appealing.

“Since my husband is in the home remodeling business, he has always improved and maintained the home. He built and installed bookcases and a window seat in the living room . . . The open floor plan between the den and the kitchen is great for entertaining. I always love that as the host I can be in the kitchen yet still be involved with my guests.”
