The Friedlanders are original owners in the 285-unit condo community, which opened between 2007 and 2008. Marlene says:

“The master bedroom is very spacious, with a private bath that has a shower and a separate bathtub. . . . I like that the garage is attached to the house, and we have easy access to the basement. The washer and dryer are on the main floor. It’s very convenient. I love our gas-burning fireplace. We upgraded the kitchen backsplash and cabinets when we bought. . . . We have nine-foot ceilings throughout the condo. There are two sliders to the backyard, which has nice trees and a patio. It’s very quiet back there. We have good cross-ventilation when you open the front door. There’s carpeting in the living room and two bedrooms, otherwise it’s ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, the bathrooms, the kitchen and dining room. . . . There’s a nice clubhouse with a gym and a card room, also a beautiful pool, a boccie court and two tennis courts. It’s a socially active community. I was the president of the knitting club. We have holiday parties. It’s very friendly.”
