The four exterior archways hint at the interesting architecture found inside the Farrells’ home. Denise says:
“People love the old charm and everyone loves the archways. The flow through the archways lets us have big banquet dinners. We have sit-down holiday dinners for 25 people. And the 9-foot ceilings people love, too. After going to a lot of open houses, we realize how much living space we have.
"We put on a new roof and siding and also a new boiler. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The sunroom has so much natural light because the windows are tall. We updated the full bathroom, and the kitchen was redone about 10 years ago with new plumbing and electric, too.
"We have nice French doors from the dining room into the den. The den was a porch that we enclosed. Right out of the den, you’re on the deck and up a few steps to the pool deck. It’s great for entertaining. There’s a full patio off the kitchen. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a mix of different home styles.
"We bought this house because we truly loved it . . . the old-style, nice wide molding and wood floors. I am going to miss it. All the memories are good ones.”
