Why it’s for sale: Dean, 47, and Christine, 48, who own a construction company and an equipment rental and repair business, say they want to find a bigger property but stay in the area.

The expression “beach bungalow” must have been invented in this area. The Denningers are selling their beachy getaway home fully furnished and seemingly at a perfect time for a new buyer to enjoy the shoreline vibes. Dean talks about the house:

"It has heat and air-conditioning and can absolutely be used year-round. The kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances. Living here is a great lifestyle. We’ve had beach parties, barbecues and holiday parties. There’s a water view from the second story.

"We have wood laminate floors as well as rustic cedar paneling throughout the home. Both bedrooms are in the loft. There’s a nice screened-in porch where we eat breakfast. It has a southern exposure, so we have sun all day long there.”
