Why it’s for sale Christine, 50, a homemaker who is caring for her 18-year-old son, says that medical expenses are such that she needs to downsize.

Fontanetta grew up in this home, which her parents bought new in 1970. She bought it from her mother in 1995. Fontanetta says:

“This house is on a dead-end street. The back of the property is up against Szuster’s vegetable farm, so I have a lot of privacy, and it’s great for the kids. There’s no through traffic. My parents put an extension on the house and added a bathroom, a bedroom and really big den with a fireplace. . . . The kitchen was updated about seven years ago with granite counters, new cabinets and some new appliances. We have central air-conditioning throughout the house. There’s a wood-burning stove in the living room. . . . We have an in-ground heated pool and a wood deck that has a roof-mounted 23-by-13-foot projection fabric awning over it. And there’s a 10-by-20-foot pool house that is a replica of the house. We have a 12-by-24-foot vinyl mini-barn garage that will be staying with the property. We have a six zone in-ground sprinkler system.”
